The FINCAPES Project invites qualified Event Organizers (EOs) to submit proposals for the planning and execution of a National Conference on Flood Risk and Climate Resilience, to be held in Jakarta on 16 April 2026. The conference will convene national and international stakeholders to examine how climate change is intensifying flood risk in Indonesia and to discuss how scientific modelling can support anticipatory, risk-informed planning and disaster risk financing.
The event will feature a hybrid format (in-person and live streaming), high-level speakers, technical sessions, and a curated photo exhibition showcasing community perspectives on flood risk. The selected vendor will provide comprehensive event production and technical management services, including:
- Full hybrid event setup and live streaming operations
- Stage design, LED videotron, A/V production, and lighting
- Visual identity and digital assets production
- On-site event management and media coordination
- Design and installation of a curated photo exhibition
- Post-event documentation and reporting
