In an effort to enhance the capacity of the government, universities, and other partners in protecting and rehabilitating critical peatlands and mangrove ecosystems, as well as conserving biodiversity in Indonesia, the FINCAPES Project, in collaboration with IPB University, organized a Short Course titled “Designing a High-Quality Research Proposal for Nature-Based Solutions Applied Research.” The short course, held on February 6-8, 2024, at the Baranangsiang Campus of IPB University, aimed to equip participants with the skills to design high-quality research proposals for applied research on nature-based solutions, thereby strengthening conservation and restoration efforts for critical ecosystems in Indonesia.
